Annemarie Förster

Annemarie Förster advises on all areas of commercial administrative law and focuses on complex infrastructure projects in planning approval procedures.

She studied law at the University of Potsdam, specialising in international law. After completing her first state law examination, she worked in the administration of the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany where she was particularly involved in issues relating to civil servants and collective bargaining law. Her legal clerkship in the district of the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court included work at the Potsdam Regional Court, in the budget department of the Federal Police Headquarters and for the management of the Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin GmbH.
